01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on bajj, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. 03 Account Registration

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit on bajj is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though bajj may apply enhanced due diligence checks for large transactions in line with anti-money laundering obligations. 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajj. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in bajj's platform or any game.

08 Suspension & Account Closure

bajj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity.

If your bajj account is suspended, you will be notified by email. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets. bajj will investigate the reason for suspension and communicate the outcome to you within a reasonable timeframe.

If you wish to close your bajj account voluntarily, you can do so by contacting bajj support via live chat. Before closing your account, ensure that all pending withdrawals have been processed and that your balance is zero or has been withdrawn. bajj will not be responsible for any funds remaining in a voluntarily closed account after the closure has been confirmed.

Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee as permitted by applicable regulations. bajj will notify you before any inactivity fee is applied.

09 Limitation of Liability
